Job Title: IT Support Analyst
Type: Contract 12 months
Location: Toronto

Our client is currently seeking the services of an IT Support Analyst with great problem-solving skills and a well-rounded background providing network, desktop, application and hardware support in a large enterprise environment. Skills and Experience:

  • University Graduate or 4 year College Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent working experience
  • 5-7 years experience with PC support, network printer, smartphone, programming, network, and Windows and Linux server.
    -Important to have MCSE, A+, CCNA or Network+, Security+ and other current certifications.
  • Provide onsite and/or remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution to users and executives
  • Potential travel to multiple sites within the GTA
  • Must have access to car and a valid driver’s G license in good standing
  • Able to conduct research into hardware, application issues using the Internet as a primary search tool.
  • Experience with Google Apps for Enterprise environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Able to communicate well with users and work well with the team.
  • Willingness to learn, take direction, be accountable, reliable and have a strong, committed work ethic
  • Security clearance: Control Goods Program (CGP) is required. -Candidates must currently reside in and be eligible to work in, Canada.
