Job Title: IT Support Analyst
Type: Contract 12 months
Location: Toronto


Our client is currently seeking the services of an IT Support Analyst with strong technical and problem-solving skills in hardware, software, application, Windows environment, and network in a large enterprise environment. Experience with current audio & video technology for end users is an asset.

  • Provide onsite and/or remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution to user and executives
  • Have 5-7 years experience with installation, configuration and support of Cisco network switches, wireless access point, network printer, smartphone, programming, PC support, Windows and Linux server.
  • Required to travel to multiple sites within the GTA.
  • Must have access to a car and a valid driver’s G license in good standing.
  • Able to conduct research into hardware, application issues using the Internet as a primary search tool.
  • Experience with Google Apps for Enterprise environment.
  • Experience with current audio & video technology for end users is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Able to communicate well with users and work well with the team.
  • Work schedule is for the morning shift, weekdays. However, occasionally may require to come early and stay late during weekday and weekends.

    Other requirements:
  • College or University level of education or equivalent level of experience in the industry is required
  • Important to have CCNA, MCSE, A+, Security +, and other current IT certificates
  • Security clearance: Control Good Program (CGP) is required.
