Job Title: AV & IT Analyst

Type: Contract 12 months, good chance of extension

Location: Toronto


Our client is currently seeking a tech savvy AV & IT Support Analyst to provide training and support to end users as they implement softphone and audio-visual technology for their 500+ users. In this role you will also put your strong technical and problem-solving skills to use trouble-shooting hardware, software applications, Windows environment in a large enterprise environment.

- Provide onsite and/or remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution to user and executives

- 3+ years experience with current audio & video technology for end users

- 5-7 years experience with installation, configuration and support of, network printers, smartphones, programming, PC support, Windows and Linux server.

- Experience with Avaya Equinox or a recent version is a must have

- Experience supporting end users on WebEx

- Experience support end users on VoIP technology, preferably PolyCom

-Familiar with Arkandin or other audio/web/video conferencing solutions

-Experience with Google Apps for Enterprise environment.

- Able to conduct research into hardware, application issues using the Internet as a primary search tool.

- Required to travel to two other sites within the GTA.

- Must have access to a car and a valid driver’s G license in good standing.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

- Able to communicate well with users and work well with the team.

- Work schedule is for the morning shift, weekdays. However, occasionally may be required to come in early and stay late during weekday and weekends.

- Certifications required: A+, MCSE
